Nicely done... I much prefer VE to Google... although the coverage of Scotland is a bit patchy....

You might be interested in having a look at my aviation links... I`ve made a list of UK airfields Active, Disused, Historic Locations etc etc... 1650 altogether. You can preview them live in VE... I`ve made a csv of the locations available as a free download on my Website.. just location,lat.long.

Next step is to add some more info fields, categorise them and get them posted as a collection... Shouldn`t be too long now the coordinates are complete.

[...] It was fairly simple to set up the list - simply open up a new collection, title it, and start adding listings. You add listings by typing in the restaurant name and the city. As long as the restaurant name is in the system, the map will update with a pushpin on the location. You can check out Tutorial: How to Create a Collection for a more detailed run through.
Glad you liked my collection! There is another very famous pool hall in Seattle that I forgot to include called Jillian's - http://www.jilliansbilliards.com. It's a pretty hip place to urban crowd to hang out... Jillian's hosts several tournaments throughout the year that attracts strong players. :)

Who would drive all the way to Montana to catch a bunch of little fish. I can go to Fred Meyer. Maybe I should create a collection of Fred Meyer's? And then I could link to video of me at the checkstand.

[...] I’ll post complete details here before September 1, but wanted to get a heads up out there so that you can start creating your collections. Entering is easy. you just create a Collection on Live Local (Here is a tutorial in case you are not sure how to get started) and submit it via the submission form. Indicate you want to enter your collection in the contest by putting the word ‘CONTEST’ in the comments section of the submission form. That’s it! Top prize goes to the Collection that gets the most page views for the month of September. [...]

[...] A Windows Live Local collection posted yesterday to the location sharing website, PassThePoi, really caught my attention. “History of Northern Ireland’s Troubles” identifies the locations of several key events in the history of that country and included extra information, photos and links about them all. It’s a fascinating way to learn things, and this has been one of many collections that I’ve enjoyed from that site.
This is a TOP tip, I have been to this place many times. I walked the Pembrokeshire coast path twice, and fell in love with Newgale. St Davids head is also a great place for sunsets. Park at Whitesands bay car park, and walk to the headland, stand amongst 3,000 year old stone circles, and watch the sun set slowly into the sea (sigh) - heaven on earth!
